Returns & Refunds: A customer is NOT entitled to a refund when they have:
- Changed their mind.
- Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
- Purchased items on sale or clearance.
- Ordered special or pre-order items.
- Decided they cannot afford the item.
Refunds at Our Discretion: In the event that a refund is provided at our discretion, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to the product's purchase price.
Special Orders & Pre-Orders: All special order or pre-order items must be paid for in full. Once payment has been processed, cancellations are not allowed, and customers must wait until the item arrives.
